New waste air filters for die casting foundries increase energy efficiency and improve your carbon footprint
On a cold day in january, the operation of a conventional waste air ventilation system is an expensive job. KMA offers a smart solution: KMA ULTRAVENT waste air filters extract and clean the smoke from the die casting machines and return the clean air. The result is a cost decrease by over 80% for air exchange. ULTRAVENT filters will also improve the carbon footprint of a foundry: For a typical 800-900 t DCM, the use of an energy saving ULTRAVENT waste air filter reduces the output of CO2 by more than 25 t per year!
